These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lancy platform available at lan.cy, including lan.cy/app and lan.cy/hub ("Platform"). By signing up, logging in, or using Lancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform
• You must be at least 18 years old to sell products on Lancy.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 and will delete such data upon discovery.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We use cookies to maintain login sessions.
• Sellers must complete Stripe onboarding before publishing any paid product.

For Sellers:

• You may create and publish content consisting of:
  • Access to Discord or Telegram channels
  • Downloadable files hosted by Lancy
  • External links
• Content must be accurate, legal, and non-malicious.
• Once published, a product's inclusions cannot be edited.
• Lancy takes a 4% platform fee per transaction, processed via Stripe.

For Buyers:

• You may purchase access to seller content via:
  • Free access
  • Single payment (lifetime or time-limited)
  • Subscription model
• The access duration and inclusions are clearly shown before checkout.
• Access may include off-platform services. Lancy is not responsible for the availability or conduct within those services.

• Upload, sell, or distribute illegal or copyrighted material without proper rights
• Link to malware, phishing sites, CSAM, hate speech, or violent content
• Engage in scams, fraud, or impersonation
• Circumvent our payment systems
• Access Lancy from a sanctioned country

• Lancy does not endorse or verify user content or third-party links.
• You are solely responsible for your content and conduct.
• Sellers are responsible for ensuring all inclusions remain functional for the full access period.
• Lancy may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, without notice.

• Buyers may submit a refund request via the reporting system in lan.cy/hub.
• Lancy will review refund requests manually and may:
  • Approve a refund
  • Deny the request
  • Take moderation action against the seller
• Refund decisions are at Lancy's sole discretion and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

• Lancy reviews all products and reports.
• You may report content via the in-platform form.
• Serious violations (e.g. CSAM, scams) may be reported to law enforcement.
• All moderation actions are logged internally.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Lancy disclaims liability for any user content, including third-party links, downloadable files, or chat platforms.
• You access external content at your own risk.
• Lancy is not liable for loss of earnings, data breaches, or damages from using the Platform.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lancy Ltd and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:
• Your use of the Platform
• Your content or interactions
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law

• Users retain ownership of their content.
• By uploading content, you grant Lancy a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for:
  • Moderation
  • Analytics
  • Platform improvement
• Lancy does not claim ownership over your content.

• We collect your name and email to operate the Platform.
• Sellers receive buyer name, email, and payment data for their orders.
• All data handling complies with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You are suspected of illegal or abusive activity
• We are required to by law or Stripe
• We reserve the right to withhold payments from banned sellers pending investigation.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
